About us

VG Builders Ltd was founded in 1980 by Gordon Hyde (now retired) and John Vince. John is the current Managing Director and still takes an interest in the running of the business.

We started out as a small localised building company and have progressively grown over the years to a business that operates over a large part of the South Eastern area of the UK.

As a company we carry out the vast majority of building work with our own labour force, apart from electrical works where we tend to use a reliable and trusted subcontractor who we have worked with for many years.

The majority of our staff are long serving employees, some having been with us for over 20 years.
